Set on the top floor of a historic building, this apartment features exposed timber roof trusses and beams that give the interior a distinctive loft character. The open-plan living area flows seamlessly into a kitchen with Miele appliances, every room has its own air conditioning, and once renovated, the bathroom can offer both a bathtub and a separate shower.
