A developer of high standards.
Janka Borončová
Janka Borončová leads TKC Real Estate and, together with her team, defines the direction of residential projects from their initial concept to completion.
Her approach is based on the conviction that quality development begins with respect for the location and continues with consistency in every decision – from architecture and layout to materials and an emphasis on detail.
Addresses that age with grace.
Every project begins with a location. We look for addresses with character and create homes that enhance it—whether through sensitive renovation or new architecture. The result is living spaces with lasting quality.
We choose carefully.
Just like you.
We care about more than just how our buildings feel to live in today. We think about the value they will hold for years to come.
