Bubenečská 25
A history that continues.
Bubenečská 25 brings an apartment building from 1911 back to life at one of Prague's most exceptional addresses.
Fifteen apartments combine the character of the original architecture with contemporary comfort. Historic features are complemented by oak parquet flooring, carefully selected materials, air conditioning and a Loxone smart home system.

Original character. Contemporary comfort.
The renovation preserves what gives the building its identity and adds everything we expect from high-quality contemporary living.
Replicas of the historic panelled doors, herringbone oak parquet flooring and restored terrazzo in the common areas build on the building's original character. The contemporary layer is formed by Loxone technology, air conditioning and precisely chosen bathroom fittings.
Bubeneč. An address of exceptional character.
Quiet streets, ambassadorial residences, Stromovka park and a fast connection to the city centre. Bubenečská 25 stands directly opposite the residence of the US Ambassador, just a few minutes from Hradčanská.
