JZP Residence
Vinohrady. A story that continues.
Through a sensitive renovation, we restored the residential character of a 1908 building on Krkonošská Street.
It now holds 19 apartments, complemented by commercial spaces on the ground floor.
Contemporary living with respect for history.
The interiors combine contemporary design with the character of the original Vinohrady building, creating a finished space for city living.
Vinohrady at its most natural.
Krkonošská Street offers the calm of a residential neighbourhood along with everything that belongs to life in Vinohrady – the city, services, greenery and the centre all within easy reach.

Live where others only admire as they pass by.
