Just a few steps from Old Town Square, we have brought an eclectic Art Nouveau building from 1902 back to life.
A sensitive renovation and a new courtyard extension have created an intimate residence with eight apartments and one commercial unit.
History as inspiration, not a constraint.
The building's original character meets contemporary architecture. French windows bring in more light, balconies and terraces open the apartments onto a quiet courtyard, and the common areas reference Prague modernism, Cubism and Art Deco.
