Slatina u Velvar
A place for a new residential chapter.
The Slatina residential complex is a planned project set in the landscape of the Okolí Okoře a Budče nature park.
The concept envisages eight family houses with their own gardens, terraces and swimming pools.
Eight houses. One well-considered whole.
The project is conceived as a coherent family residential development that includes complete technical infrastructure, landscaping and a shared architectural language.
A landscape with history. Prague within reach.
Slatina offers the tranquillity of a rural setting in a landscape with a long history, together with good access to the capital.
